100x45x1000 ITA/FEM/ISO Forks

The weight of a single 100x45x1000 ITA/FEM/ISO fork is 47 kg. The section is 100 mm wide, 45 mm thick, and one meter long. Each fork of this pair of forks undergoes continuous cooling transition curve measurement after forging to ensure that the hardness gradient from the surface to the core is completely controllable, and there is no softening of the core at a thickness of 45 mm. The fork tip is pre-surfacing with a cobalt-based alloy layer with a thickness of 2 mm. It can still maintain red hardness when pushing high-temperature hot castings, and its service life is three times that of ordinary forks. The product meets three major international standards at the same time. The locking surface of the hook is rolled with micro-pits for oil storage. It will not rust or stick if it is not disassembled for a long time.

 

 

Each 47-kg fork has a factory date and re-inspection QR code embossed on the fork surface. After scanning, all mechanical performance data of the batch can be seen. Different from other specifications of the same series, this pair of forks cannot be sold as a single piece. It must be supplied in pairs, and the left and right two parts are balanced by weights and placed in a special opposing wooden box for fixation. The surface treatment uses a special primer and topcoat for weathering steel, which will not turn into powder after being exposed to the outdoors for three years. There are two additional through holes with a diameter of 14 mm drilled at the root of the fork for installing additional anti-fall chains, adapting to cantilever fork scenarios that require high-altitude operations. The 47kg unit weight allows the operator to use the side shifter on a portable manual stacker to push the siding directly into the siding without the need for any auxiliary tools.
